Since 1998, Devart has developed product lines specialized on native connectivity solutions and development tools. We try to provide high-end products to let you have the fastest data access and the broadest database support. Our products are designed for working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, InterBase, Firebird, and SQLite servers.

• Database Power Tools is a product line consisting of standalone applications and IDE add-ins, that can be integrated with the DAC and ADO.NET product line component editors, giving advanced design-time support for database application development, includes:
  • Database Tools for MySQL
  • Database Tools for Oracle
• The line of products that provide direct data access for application developers who work with Visual Studio and Delphi includes:
  • ADO.NET Data Providers - enhanced data providers for database servers that build on ADO.NET technology to present a complete solution for developing applications based on different database servers.
  • VCL/CLX Direct Access Components - powerful tools for developing client/server applications. The fastest and the most flexible data access technologies for Delphi, C++Builder, and Kylix.
  • dbExpress Drivers - a database-independent layer that defines common interface to provide fast access to SQL database servers.
  • BDP.NET providers - a database-independent ADO.NET data provider that defines common interface to provide access to SQL database servers.
• SecureBridge is a security-oriented solution designed to help you protect the network connections in your projects from unauthorized access. SecureBridge can be used as a standalone library and in conjunction with our VCL/CLX Direct Access Components.

Our Software Development Philosophy

All Devart product lines undergo an intensive three-step development process.

• All products are developed in firm contact with the Devart user community, and user feedback plays an important role in the design step for each new version.
• Product implementation is carried out with an ear to the latest technology and design patterns from database vendors and industry trendsetters like Microsoft and CodeGear.
• All Devart products are thoroughly performance and stress tested to deliver the fastest available connectivity technology to enterprise-level applications. After release, product versions are monitored through the Devart Technical Support Program.

Devart implements a proactive update policy, supporting new database versions, operating system updates, and development environment technologies as they are released. Devart releases new versions frequently, so users always have access to the newest available features and updates.

Finally, Devart endorses a fast and responsive approach to product support. We offer both email and forum-based technical support, and try to answer questions within one or two business days. All requests go directly to the product developers. Bug fixes are processed immediately, and functionality requests are put in a priority queue for the next product version.
